This Privacy Policy describes how Onemore (operated by Irtiqa) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you use the Onemore mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers. We do not share your data with any third party for that party's own marketing purposes.
Transactional records (orders, invoices, payment confirmations) are retained for at least seven (7) years in compliance with the Egyptian Tax Authority Law No. 91 of 2005 and applicable accounting regulations. Account profile data is retained for as long as your account is active.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by submitting a deletion request through POST /api/v1/account/delete from within the app, or by emailing support@onemore.irtiqadx.com. On deletion, your profile fields (name, email, phone, address) are anonymised and your login credentials are revoked. Transactional records associated with completed orders are retained per the Tax Law obligation noted above but are no longer linked to identifying contact details.

The Service uses cookies and equivalent technologies (web storage, advertising identifiers, and push-notification tokens) for the following purposes:
You may disable push notifications and reset advertising identifiers from your device's operating-system settings.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by tapping "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, disabling promotional push notifications in your device settings, or contacting support@onemore.irtiqadx.com. Transactional notifications related to your orders cannot be disabled while you have an active order.
The Service is intended exclusively for users aged eighteen (18) years and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has supplied us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We apply industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Your data is primarily processed and stored in Egypt. Limited delivery and payment metadata may be processed by our third-party providers (Bosta, Paymob) using infrastructure outside Egypt; in those cases we ensure equivalent protections are in place.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
