Onemore — Terms of Service
Effective date: 3 May 2026 — Version 1.0
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Onemore mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Irtiqa ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use the Service.
- If you register as a vendor or celebrity partner, you must hold a valid Egyptian National ID, passport, or equivalent commercial registration document and be authorised to enter into binding contracts.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under Egyptian law.
2. Account Registration and User Obligations
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.
- You may hold only one (1) account at any time. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, in compliance with Egyptian law and these Terms.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not, and may not authorise any third party to:
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate any other user, celebrity, or vendor on the Service.
- Infringe the intellectual-property rights of Onemore, our licensors, vendors, celebrities, or any third party.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without our express written consent.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code into the Service.
- Bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security or access-control features of the Service.
4. Vendor and Celebrity Partner Obligations
Where you are onboarded as a vendor or celebrity partner under our Supply pipeline:
- You grant Onemore a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your name, image, biographical content, and curated product selections within the Service for the duration of your partnership.
- You are solely responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and originality of content you upload (product descriptions, images, video, captions). Onemore may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- You acknowledge and accept the commission structure communicated to you in your Vendor or Celebrity Agreement, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
- You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and statutory contributions arising from your earnings on the Service.
5. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
- Orders are confirmed only after Onemore acknowledges acceptance and Paymob authorises payment.
- Payments are processed by Paymob. By placing an order you accept Paymob's terms in addition to ours.
- Delivery is fulfilled by Bosta. Estimated delivery windows are communicated at checkout. Onemore is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events, address errors, or carrier-side incidents beyond reasonable control.
- Order timing windows, cut-off times, and delivery zones are stated in-app at the time of purchase.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Pursuant to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations:
- Where applicable by law, you may exercise a fourteen (14) day cooling-off right for distance-sale purchases, returning unused products in their original packaging at your cost (or our cost where the item is defective).
- Defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you when reported to support@onemore.irtiqadx.com within the statutory period.
- Certain categories — perishable, custom-made, or hygiene-sealed items — may be excluded from the cooling-off right where the law permits.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method within the timelines required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Onemore name, logo, trade dress, and all original content (text, graphics, software, video) are owned by Irtiqa or its licensors and protected by Egyptian and international intellectual-property law.
- You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, profile photos, vendor uploads), but grant Onemore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display that content within the Service for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.
- You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party right.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Onemore's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a transaction on the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including but not limited to liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights).
9. Termination
- By you: You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a deletion request through the in-app account-deletion flow or by emailing support@onemore.irtiqadx.com.
- By Onemore: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or use the Service in a manner that creates risk or legal exposure for Onemore, other users, or third parties.
- Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination, including outstanding payments and tax obligations on completed transactions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt. Nothing in this clause limits any consumer right that cannot be waived by contract under Egyptian law.
