What can be returned?
✅ Eligible for return
- •Defective or damaged items upon delivery
- •Wrong items (different from what was ordered)
- •Unused items in original packaging with tags and invoice
- •Sizes (especially football boots) — size exchanges supported
❌ Non-returnable
- •Worn or used items (even once)
- •Hygiene-sensitive goods (e.g. socks, body guards, athletic underwear)
- •Customised or altered products
- •Items reported after the return period communicated at the time of purchase
Return process
How to return an item

Contact support
Email support@onemoreeg.com or WhatsApp 01070222494 with your order number and reason for return within the return period communicated at the time of purchase.

Prepare the item
Repack the item in its original packaging with all tags and your invoice.

Bosta pickup
For defective or wrong items: free pickup via Bosta. For change-of-mind returns: customer covers the Bosta return-pickup fee.

Inspection & refund
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Refund methods
How you get your money back
Credit / debit card
Refunded to the original card after inspection is complete.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet (Vodafone Cash / Etisalat Cash).
